NCAA Will Allow Snapchat As A Recruiting Tool

I used to think that awesome app on my iPhone by the name of Snapchat was a good excuse for ladies to send me pics. They disappear after five to 10 seconds, which means the ladies are a little more loose with the images, rumor has it.The NCAA reportedly will allow the use of Snapchat for a recruiting tool. How awesome would it be to have Mark Dantonio send recruits pics of the Rose Bowl trophy with the caption "enough said."Deep Casing Tools, which has a range of innovative tools designed to land casing and"pletions at target depth within oil or gas wells, has set a new world record in Saudi Arabia for the longest tool run.The turbine powered reaming capability of the Turbocaser? Express enabled the new record of 26,318 ft to be reached successfully. Without rotating the string, 2250 ft of open hole was reamed over a 6 hour period, successfully"pletingSolid Socket with MS Hole with Tang manufacturers the longest measured depth section where Deep Casing Tools has used the Turbocaser? Express.

The new record also included running the longest 7" liner right to the target depth. This achievement broke the previous record set only months before when another 7" Turbocaser? Express reamed through 1800 ft of trouble zone to reach 26,044 ft target depth. This was one of most challenging and critical jobs which was successfully concluded by an engineering and operational team effort.Deep Casing Tools has set a new world record in Saudi Arabia for the longest tool run. The Turbocaser? Express technology was deployed to reduce the operational risk, given the hole geometry and the tight hole conditions, noticed while drilling and pulling out of hole over the final section. Because theChina Morse Taper with Tang supplies Turbocaser Express reams on demand, the wiper trip was eliminated, and during liner operations the tool was activated when tight hole conditions were encountered from 22,450 ft onwards.

This resulted in landing the liner at the exact planned target depth, after which the liner was cemented normally. The next step of drilling straight through the motor has been"pleted.Deep Casing Tools CEO Lance Davis said: "The successful performance of the Turbocaser Express has been rewarded with tool orders over £3 million already delivered to Saudi Arabia. Discussions are in progress for delivery of multiple tools during 2014, including the 5" Shalerunner? for"pletions."Deep Casing Tools' reaming and unique drill through technology provides significant time and cost savings when"pared to conventional methods. With the new ability to ream while running in, the casing can be run sooner while the hole is in best condition, eliminating wiper trips and open hole exposure."

WinSnap 4.5 adds new post-capture pen tool

This quartz-dense instrumental jam develops gradually, like an oncoming storm front slowly moving across the horizon, when, all of a sudden, lightning flashes and a downpour of sound floods the senses. This is one of drummer Danny Carey's finer moments, where he plays with the cinder-block-smashing power of John Bonham in his prime. He's the engine that powers one of Tool's most physical, just plain overwhelming songs. Remember that blanket party scene in "Full Metal Jacket" where Vincent D'Onofrio gets beaten to tears with bars of soap? That's how "Triad" registers. This emotionally charged tune from 1996's "Aenima" was once a staple of Tool's live gigs, but the band hasn't played it much in the past 10 years. On it, Keenan delivers one of his most affecting vocal performances toward the song's grand finale. "As the walls come down and as I look in your eyes, my fear begins to fade," he sings, ostensibly speaking to his son, whom "H." is believed to be about.

It's a tender, unguarded moment from a band whose true sentiments can be as puzzling to decipher as a scrambled Rubik's Cube.Tool's first recorded material was as concise and to the point as the band's latter day repertoire would become expansive and lyrically opaque. This bruising banshee howl is the band at its most confrontational, a profane, three-minute kiss off from its 1992 EP "Opiate," where the group establishes the guiding principle of its career: These dudes are going to do what they want, when they want, and if that means turning antagonism into an art form, so be it. WinSnap 4.5 debuts a completely redesigned and updated user interface, plus adds a host of new tools, including new presets and quick preferences and a number of new drawing tools.

The new release also promises improved support for the most recent Windows 8 Aero theme, plus the usual gamut of tweaks and bug fixes.WinSnap's redesigned user interface now comes with a choice of four different styles: black the default, silver, blue and system. Users can easily switch between these using the new View menu, which is designed to make it easier to quickly customize the UI appearance and style – users will find the four styles accessible via the Style sub-menu.The user interface has also been redesigned with ease-of-use in mind, making program options and key tools easier to access.

New tool demonstrates effects of erosion, sea-level rise on P.E.I. coast

CLIVE brings together data from a number of sources, including LiDAR-based high-resolution digital elevation data from the province. The Island also has an outstanding record of province-wide aerial photographs that go back as far as 1968."CLIVE is one of the first public"munication tools to enable citizens to interactively view historical evidence, current data, and predictive models of linked coastal impacts for an entire province," said Nick Hedley, director of SFU's spatial interface research lab."We hope that CLIVE will be informative for P.E.I.'s citizens and government,AD+B manufacturers supporting constructive dialogue and planning to mitigate these threats."CLIVE demonstrates evidence of erosion that has already occurred and paints a troubling picture for the future of the Prince Edward Island coastline.

"Our study shows that Prince Edward Island lost 20 square kilometres of land to erosion between 1968 and 2010," said Fenech."At the current rate of erosion, as many as a thousand homes are vulnerable to erosion over the next 90 years."Fenech will do a live demonstration of CLIVE at a lecture tonight at 7 p.m., in the amphitheatre of the Duffy Science Centre. The presentation, Coastal Erosion and Sea Level Rise — Preparing for Prince Edward Island's Future, will discuss how our buildings, roads,"munities and bridges will be affected by coastal erosion and sea-level rise. The CFPB on Friday announced the release of its new online tool for exploring Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data , which allows people to sift through the data available on home loans made in their"munities and"pare it to other locations.

The tool is meant to help people gain a better understanding of consumer access to credit in their areas, CFPB officials said. The Dodd-Frank Act tasked the CFPB with expanding the data collected through HMDA, which the bureau is tackling this year. The bureau will seek public feedback on what should be included in the data and plans to determine the new data points mortgage lenders must report,China CAT FMA Face Mill Holder-Inch supplies though the requirements won't need to be met in 2014."We are considering asking financial institutions to include more underwriting and pricing information, such as an applicant's debt-to-i"e ratio, the interest rate, the total origination charges, and the total discount points of the loan," said CFPB Director Richard Cordray. "This will help regulators spot troublesome trends in mortgage markets around the country."
